Biography

David graduated from Shenandoah University with a Masters in physical therapy in 1994. He originally graduated from Tulane University in 1984

David founded Spectrum Rehabilitation in 2005 in Colorado Springs. He grew the practice to three clinics until he left Colorado Springs in 2018.

David has spent his entire career in outpatient orthopedics. He has sub-specialties in cancer rehabilitation, total joint replacements, sports medicine, and performance development. David also has significant expertise in the treatment of knees, hips, shoulders and ankles.

David was the physical therapist and trainer for USA judo for the Beijing Olympics. David took one of their athletes, who had been an alternate in the Olympics twice. After working with him, he became a first time national champion, first time Pan-American gold medalist and a first time Olympian.

David trained a young mother who was interested in doing a spartan obstacle race. After six months, she became the number one female spartan obstacle racer in the world. David trained a triathlete who was nationally ranked in the top 20 in the country. It was the last year of her caree, and in three months took 15 minutes off her bike and she became number three in the country making the national team that competed in the world championship in Paris, France.

David has had significant experience in training, professional athletes, including professional football players professional soccer players mixed martial artists. David has also had significant experience training high school athletes and teams producing over 50 D1 and D2 athletic scholarships.

David moved to Santa Fe in 2023 and was proud to join Therapy Solutions in May 2025.
