Physical therapy is a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities as well as patient-education, which facilitates healing while empowering the patient to maintain their own wellness.

Am I a good candidate for physical therapy?

How much does a visit cost?

A1: Each insurance plan varies. The fastest way to find out how much out-patient physical therapy will cost is to call the “customer service phone number” on the back of your insurance card. Follow the prompts until you speak to a representative. They should be able to answer all of the questions for your plan.

A2: Or $115 if you choose to pay out of pocket.

Do I need a physician’s prescription to receive therapy?

Most insurance providers require you to have a prescription. It is the policy of this clinic that each patient has a prescription from a physician unless they are seen on a self-pay basis.

How long is an appointment?

Each appointment has a duration of approximately 1 hour.

How do I get an appointment?
